Accepted Circumstances for Refund
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if your situation falls under one of the following categories. Refunds are not unconditional and must meet specific criteria:
Purchase-Related Issues
1. Wrong Product Purchased
If you purchased the wrong software by mistake and subsequently ordered the correct product from our official website, we can refund the mistaken purchase.
2. Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once in 48 hours and do not need multiple licenses, we will refund the duplicate order(s).
Registration Issues
1. License Code Not Received
If you did not receive the license code within 24 hours of purchase and contacted our support team but received no reply within 48 hours, you are eligible for a refund.
2. Incorrect License Code Provided
If a license code error caused by our system or communication prevents normal product use, and you no longer wish to keep the software, we will issue a refund.
3. Failure to Receive Registration Code
If you do not receive the registration code or activation code for your FoneShare product within 24 hours of completing your payment, and does not receive a timely response from FoneShare support within 48 hours, you may request a refund. You must provide valid proof of purchase (such as order number, payment receipt, etc.). Upon verification, FoneShare will process the refund within a reasonable business day.
Product Quality Issues
Suppose the software has serious technical problems that prevent it from functioning as advertised, and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame. In that case, you are entitled to a refund.
Note: Since the software is a digital product, license codes cannot be reclaimed once issued. If a refund is approved, we may charge up to 20% handling fee to cover transaction and license delivery costs.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refund requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:
Purchase-Related
1. Payment Complaint
FoneShare works with third-party payment platforms, so we are unable to monitor authorization during the payment process. If you suspect any credit card fraud or other unauthorized payments, please contact the card issuer immediately to resolve the matter. Once an order is processed and fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. However, FoneShare can exchange your purchased product for the one you requested.
2. Wrong Purchase Resolved Elsewhere
If a user purchases a product from FoneShare but believes the purchase was in error after purchase, and purchases the correct product from another company, FoneShare is not responsible for a refund.
3. Failure to Read Product Description
You can view the product page and try its free trial before purchasing. If you did not carefully review product descriptions, specifications, or system requirements before purchase, leading to the purchase of inappropriate products. (In such cases, we may offer an exchange if the price difference is within $20. Refunds are not applicable. If a purchased product is to be exchanged for a correct product of a lower price, FoneShare will not refund the price difference.)
4. Price Differences Due to Promotions
Refunds will not be issued for price changes or promotional discounts after your purchase.
5. Change of Mind
Refunds are not available simply because you decide you no longer want the product.
Registration Issues
If the license code is valid, but registration fails due to user error or misunderstanding.
Refusal to Cooperate
FoneShare will not provide a refund if a customer encounters a technical issue while using the product, but refuses to cooperate with the FoneShare support team to troubleshoot or resolve it.
Product Functionality & Compatibility
1. Unsupported File or Protected Content
If the software cannot process files with DRM or other protection, refunds are not applicable, as this limitation is clearly stated.
2. Wrong Operating System
For example, if a Windows version is purchased for use on a Mac system (or vice versa). We may provide an exchange if the correct version is available, but no refund.
Other Situations
1. Partial Data Recovery or Incomplete Results
Since data recovery cannot be guaranteed 100%, refunds will not be granted for cases where only part of the data was recoverable. This clause is intended to clarify the technical boundaries of the service and ensure that users fully understand the potential risks and limitations before using it.
2. Beyond Refund Period
Technical issues reported after the 30-day guarantee period are not eligible for refunds.
3. Expiration of Period of Validity
If the order has exceeded the validity period and technical problems occur after the software update, FoneShare is not responsible for refunds.
